Tramp classes: This USAG program will enhance your kids fitness while having FUN! Enhance their spatial awareness, critical in ALL youth sports. Learn trampoline terms, foundation skills & technique. Soon your athlete will be flipping & ready for developing intermediate & advanced trampoline skills.
Trampoline based workouts have many benefits. It's an efficient and easy way of exercising that is easy on your joints and great for your heart. It also helps you build strong bones and muscles. Powerful jumping strengthens the muscles in your legs, as they work hard to push you upwards. With repetitive jumping, your muscles have to contract more often than they do with most other exercises, which increases their stamina.
Jumping on a trampoline can also improve your energy levels. More oxygen flows around your body when you bounce on a trampoline and this can result in a rise in energy levels. Meanwhile, getting extra oxygen to your brain can improve mental alertness.
February 13 - April 13
The session will be 10 weeks long (10 classes) and will include progress reports at 5 and 10 weeks.
TUESDAYS: 7:00 - 8:30 pm & FRIDAYS: 5:00 - 6:30 pm
The spring trampoline session is $150 for the general public
and $120 for NAC members and Rock Starz.
