Fifteen year old, Riley Murphy, has been a part of the Rock Starz family for many years. As a cheer athlete on Platinum J4, she loves her team and is happy to be a part of such a great organization. To Riley, being a Rock Star means you are a part of a community; another place to call home. Her favorite thing about being a Rock Star is the coaches and her team mates. Riley never dreads going to the gym, she enjoys going there to work hard, learn new skills and do her very best.
Being a Rock Star has impacted Riley’s life in many ways. “When you are a Rock Star, you are surrounded by a community of people that always motivate you to push harder and never stop trying.” Riley always wanted to be a cheerleader and do tumbling. Being a Rock Star gave her the opportunity to do so. Riley is passionate about her team and she loves that cheerleading keeps her healthy and active.
Riley’s favorite memory as a Rock Star was two years ago when she performed at Battle at the Capitol. At the competition, her team won a national title. During that time, she finally understood what it meant to be a Rock Star and how happy she was to be part of such a prestigious cheer organization.
Last year, Riley’s hard work and dedication earned her a spot on Diamonds, Rock Star’s SR small coed WORLDS team. This is one of her biggest accomplishments, for she dedicated a lot of time and effort to perfecting her Level 5 skills. This season, Riley is beyond excited to finally be on Diamonds. She is ready to show off her new skills and compete at a higher level!
Way to go, Riley! Hard work pays off.
This season, Diamonds are back and better than ever! There will be special pricing and discounts for returning Diamonds and unlimited tumbling classes for ALL Diamonds.
